Return & Refund Policy

We accept returns for defective, damaged or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. For DOA (dead-on-arrival) handsets, we offer a free replacement. Refunds for prepaid orders are made to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the returned item passing quality check; a GST credit note is issued against the original tax invoice. Opened/used items in good condition may be eligible for exchange. To start a return, contact us with your order number.
